Below is the very OER I obligingly faxed to Deserter Command, astonishing the brass and making Major Bivens declare the war must have “gone sideways” if they were recalling people like me. I’ve cut identifying info of my raters (the rating boxes correspond to one captain, one major, and one lieutenant colonel), but I have left, unaltered, their descriptions of me and my performance. My only touch is yellow highlighter on my favorite lines.
Veterans and military personnel still serving, feel free to share with any friends who were depressed because they thought their OERs or NCOERs were bad.
